Alright, this is the second blog. Woke up early and we head up to BDC. The name of the shop is A1 . lets talk about this foochow mee, to my suprise it wasn't as good as i thought it will be. Though it was fried by a real foochow man but the taste isn't really good.
Comparing to the previous one we had, which was in King Center i dare say this one is really not nice. There were squids added in and julio didnt like it, also the wine didn't appear out of the soup. other than that, the soup wasn't thick. It's just look cheap.
This is really bad, other than that the noodle wasn't fried well and it was damn yellow. Must be a hell of boric acid added into it to make it look fresh.
Nevertheless, there's something good about this bowl of foochow mee and that is, the soup was pork bones based!! and that's something good!!
Other than that, they have 2 cute maiden serving. aha..
Here are just my comments, but please add your comments here if you know better or have other places that you want to suggest!!.

Welcome to CHA CHU MEE ( STIR FRY NOODLE) blog. Here we talk about anything related to Foochow authentic delicacies. For our first review we (Julio and Aaron) we head out to King center's food court. It was 8.30 pm. (Please be reminded that this stall opens from 9 am till 11 pm.)
Being first on list, this cha chu mee has already pleased us, because by the quantity it's not bad, and by the soup it wasnt's really interesting nevertheless it was good. The wine in the soup wasn't actually there ( what we meant was if the cook did or did not add wine into the soup).
Talking about food quality, we think that this noodle is worth the price, and the good part of this particular stall is that the cook choosed to use" less toxic" noodle. That means, less boric acid.
ok, whatever it is, please try it for yourself. Don't take out words for it, GO!!!!! TRY IT OUT!!!, and please leave comments!!
